5. Talk about Alexander's difficulties saving money and his attitude about money and saving
6. Ask if anyone has ever felt "rich", only to feel poor later.
7. Talk about how to focus on what you do have instead of what you don't have (i.e. from book: bus tokens, cards, bear, candle)
8. Have kids draw the things they do have now

The children could start a gratitude journal. Expressing in writing all of the things in their life they are thankful for.
